Our Professional Commitment
Wag N Wander Wellness provides veterinary care, grooming, boarding, and home visit services led by professionals with over 14 years of clinical experience. While we strive for the highest standard of medical excellence, please understand that veterinary medicine involves inherent risks. We promise to communicate clearly and treat every pet with the utmost empathy and veteran expertise.
Appointments & Cancellations
To keep our clinic running smoothly and ensure every pet gets the time they deserve, we ask for your cooperation with the following:
Scheduling: Appointments can be booked via our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
Cancellations: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to another pet in need.
Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please let us know! We will do our best to accommodate you, but late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled to ensure we don’t rush the next patient.
Emergency Care (24/7)
Our emergency services are available around the clock. Please note:
Triage: Patients are seen based on the severity of their condition, not just the order of arrival.
Prior Notification: Whenever possible, please call us while you are en route so our team can prepare for your arrival.
Financial Transparency & Payments
We believe in “No Surprises” when it comes to costs.
Estimates: For any major procedure, surgery, or boarding stay, we will provide a detailed estimate of costs.
Payment Timing: Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For boarding and major surgeries, a deposit may be required.
Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets.
Pet Health & Safety Requirements
To protect all the “wanderers” in our care:
Vaccinations: All pets visiting for grooming or boarding must be up-to-date on core vaccinations (DHPPi/L and Rabies for dogs; Tricat/Rabies for cats).
Parasites: For the safety of our facility, pets must be free of external parasites (ticks/fleas). If parasites are found, treatment will be administered at the owner’s expense.
Medical Records & Privacy
Your privacy and your pet’s health history are sacred to us.
Ownership: Medical records and radiographs are the property of Wag N Wander Wellness, but we are happy to provide copies to you or a specialist upon your written request.
Photos: We love sharing “Happy Tails”! We will only use your pet’s photo on our website or social media with your verbal or written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Wag N Wander Wellness and its staff will not be held liable for any unforeseen complications, allergic reactions to medications, or accidents that occur despite our 14+ years of professional adherence to safety protocols.
